What We Offer
Three ways to bring your retirement papers into order.
A one-to-one session, a take-home kit, or a community talk series — choose what suits your situation, or ask us which fits best.

Our approach to document organisation
Start with what you have
We begin by taking stock of existing papers — no judgement, no urgency. The aim is simply to understand the scope of what needs organising.
Build a system together
We create a folder and labelling structure that makes sense to you personally. Simple enough to maintain without help year on year.
Leave with a reference
Every session ends with a printed checklist or reference card so you have something concrete to follow at home, long after we have met.
Service 01
Paperwork Sorting Session
A calm one-to-one or small-group session focused on sorting and labelling retirement-related documents into a clear personal system. Designed for anyone who finds their paperwork scattered across drawers, files, or folders with no clear order. Organisational help only — we never interpret the content of your documents or make suggestions about their meaning.
- Personalised folder structure designed with you
- Plain-language label conventions you can follow yourself
- One-to-one or small group (max 4 people)
- Printed reference card to take away
Process steps
- 1.Initial review of existing papers (no retention of originals)

- 3.Label folders and sort current papers together
- 4.Handover with printed checklist and brief verbal summary
Service 02

Community Information Series
A longer series of accessible talks and printed resources explaining, in general terms, how typical retirement documentation and correspondence tend to be structured. Aimed at community groups, resident associations, and expat clubs who want shared, neutral information about the kinds of paperwork retirement commonly involves. Educational only — no personal advice is given at any point.
- Multi-session format, scheduled with your group
- Delivered at your venue across Chiang Mai
- Printed take-home resources for every attendee
- Q&A time at each session (general questions only)
Typical series structure
- 1.Session 1 — Types of retirement correspondence
- 2.Session 2 — How pension statements are typically organised
- 3.Session 3 — Annual filing habits and record-keeping
- 4.Optional Q&A session — general questions welcome

How We Work
Shared standards across all services
Private and confidential
Nothing shared in sessions is passed on to any third party. Your documents stay with you throughout.
No advice given
We never interpret documents, offer recommendations, or suggest how to act on any correspondence. Our role is organisation only.
All materials reviewed
Checklists and reference cards are reviewed for clarity before being given to clients. Plain language is checked by a second reader.
Accessible for all reading levels
Large print, wide margins, and unhurried delivery ensure everything is accessible to older readers and those less familiar with administrative language.
No ongoing commitment
Each service is complete in itself. There is no subscription, no follow-up required, and no obligation to book again.
Chiang Mai–based delivery
All sessions and community talks are conducted in person within the Chiang Mai area. Filing kits are delivered locally.
